What's a resolution?

A resolution is when a ticket is actually solved — by a human, the AI, or both. We bill the outcome, not the activity. If a customer reopens within 72 hours, it's the same resolution, not a new one.

  • Counts: a ticket moved to solved and not reopened within 72 hours.
  • Doesn't count: spam, duplicates, internal notes, or tickets you void.
  • Reopens within 72 hours are the same resolution — no double billing.

Questions

+Why per-resolution and not per-agent?

Per-seat pricing punishes growing teams and rewards bottlenecks. We charge when the product actually delivers value — a solved ticket. Add as many agents as you like.

+What if the AI answers badly?

A resolution is counted when the ticket is marked solved and stays solved. If the customer reopens within 72 hours, the same resolution covers it. You don't pay twice for the same problem.

+Can I cap my spend?

Not yet — that's on the roadmap. Today you can see live usage on your billing page and cancel or downgrade in one click via Stripe. If a hard monthly cap is a deal-breaker for you, tell us and we'll prioritise it.

+What about my data?

Hard multi-tenant isolation on shared infrastructure. EU region by default. We do not train models on your data. Export or delete anytime. DPA available on request.

+Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Stripe portal. No annual lock-in on the Available plan. Enterprise is the only annual contract.
